A Day With
the Girls
I love moments like these!

In the Beginning . . .
Once upon a time, it was the summertime, there lived four girls. There names were Birdie, Moonie, Kethry, and TheSheri. Quite coincidental that all their names end with the "ee" sound. They were good friends, but as the adult world was influencing their lives, they rarely got to see each other anymore. It was time to go out into the world together and have some girlie fun. Nothing kinky mind you, just good old fashion fun. The best place near the peninsula to spend some quality time together was none other than the world famous Point Defiance Zoo. Hell yeah it's famous!!! They birthed a baby beluga there!!! I saw it! It loved me! The date was set, arrangements were made, and at 10:00 in the morning, we were in Birdie's van and enjoying the attention that the other male drivers gave us. Oh yes, it was good fun! A main purpose was to see the Komodo dragons. TheSheri had seen a picture of one on the side of a bus, it looked enormous and therefore had to be seen! Besides, if TheSheri's life was threatened at all by this ferocious beast, perhaps Prince Charming, or gods-willing, Prince William would come to rescue her from this ferocious beast! Hey! A girl can dream!!! So off these girls went . . . off to an adventure!!!
It's the camoflauge!
TheSheri is hiding somewhere in this picture! Can you find her?

The cute animals
I see them! In the four thousand times that I have been to the zoo, I have never once seen the arctic fox! I have always wanted to see the arctic fox, but they were always sleeping!!! Never out in the open where I could see them! This is why girl outings are important. Cuz only when I am surrounded by my three best friends do the foxes decide to show their hide! I never knew that there were two of them. I would have been happy to see one, but to see TWO!!! Well, I was ecstatic!!!
This is Birdie. She's very short when compared to a polar bear! Don't worry, that bear is fake! If it was a real polar bear, Birdie would be a light snack!!! Snack Time!!!

The Dreaded Komodo Dragon!
Can you believe it!!! Half the reason for going to the Point Defiance Zoo! And I didn't get one frickin picture of it! And what's worse! Prince William wasn't there either!!! But, although the Komodo dragon picture didn't come out, I do have some pictures of other kind of dragons.
So cute!!! Grrr!!!

Kodak Moments
And so, as the day went on, and rush hour traffic was approaching, we had to say good bye to our day to Point Defiance. But not before we get a few more pictures!!!
BEAR HUG!!!
